Corporate Recovery Team

The BTWCairns Corporate Recovery Team was formed in 2008 to deal specifically with the sale and management of distressed property assets. The team comprises of Trevor Dougan, Tony Adams and Michael Graham, together with three supporting staff members. The team advises a number of local and UK based banks, lending institutions and Insolvency Practitioners in respect of a variety of assets including house sales, land sales, residential property management, development advice, and RICS valuations. The team works in conjunction with the BTWShiells corporate recovery team and can offer a combined service covering both the residential and commercial sectors of the market place.
