He will explain the different types of mortgages, loans and financing options that are available to you. He will also complete all the paperwork, submit the application to your chosen lender and manage its progress through the administrative procedures. Not only can Mark arrange local financing, but he is also well connected in in the United States with financiers in the state of Utah. For example, using a loan agency in Utah vs a local loan agency may be the best route to go, especially when your credit is less than ideal.

Mark can advise and arrange for insurance cover to help you ensure your mortgage is repaid and if you have a family, that they are provided for if the unthinkable should happen.  For insurance business he arranges policies exclusively from Legal & General.  Products include:

Mark is a Mortgage & Protection Advisor with The Mortgage Shop NI.

Typically Mark does not charge a fee, however if he does, depending on your circumstances, it will be a maximum of £300.
