At BTWCairns we offer a fast, transparent application process and step by step advice on securing your new home.
Step 1
Register your interest - you can register with us either by calling our rental team on 028 90668888 or 028 90428989, call into our offices on the Lisburn Road or Holywood High street or online at www.btwcairns.com
Step 2
Searching for your property - We will send you a mailing list of propertie that have met your criteria. Alternatively browse through our detailed rental list available at any of our offices or view all available properties through our online search facility.
Step 3
Viewings - When you have made your selection, early viewing is always advised in order to avoid disappointment. The rental market is very strong, with some properties often renting within a few days of initially being advertised. We will endeavour to accommodate your busy schedule and out of office hours viewings can be arranged. Our offices are open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 12.30pm on Saturdays - please contact us at your earliest convenience to book.
Step 4
Application process - once you have selected the property most suitable to your requirements the application procedure can begin. BTWCairns are an appointed agent of Homelet and we use their facility to collect employer and landlord references. Our dedicated rental team are available to assist you in completing the necessary forms.
Step 5
Lease - When your application has been approved, BTWCairns will draft your lease and other relevant paperwork to secure the agreement between Landlord and Tenant.
Step 6
Security Deposit - A deposit (normally one months rent) will be collected from you and forwarded to the Landlord. This will be returned upon successful completion of the terms and conditions of your lease agreement.
